At this point, liquid has entered into your phone and it is damaged. I suggest that you stop using it immediately to prevent further damage and make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options. Please note that liquid damage is not covered under the Apple hardware warranty.

What was not helpful? This is what Apple would suggest if you contact them. I am just relaying what your options are going forward. Most likely your iPhone is damaged beyond repair. You certainly have the option to seek assistance from any third-party if you wish. That's totally up to you.
