What is the phone number for the Apple TV customer service.

I have a subscription to Apple TV but I get little for nothing for your service. Whenever I want to watch I movie I get I need to download service or rent or pay for the movie. Or I receive the statement 'This program cannot be seen on this device'. I thought my monthly membership would allow me access to your service but I don't get much of anything but your already original series and that's it!
