I'm trying to return an iphone that a guest lost while renting my house. I found the phone behind the safe but since I have lots of renters I don't know to whom it belongs. I was able to get the imei and serial number. I also have a partial email that I'm positive Apple could identify but I don't know how to proceed. Can anybody provide me with an email to reach Apple in that case? We are not in the US so I cannot return it to the police. Thank you
Apple doesn't do customer support by email. You can use the "Get Support" link at the top right of every page of these forums.

It's terrific you want to return the phone to its rightful owner, but Apple will not help you. Apple does NOT get involved in lost or stolen devices. If you rented your home through a service, such as AirBNB, they should have a way they can reach out to whomever rented your home?
I just saw you did get a response and the phone will be reunited with its rightful owner. That's good and honestly not often a lost phone is reunited with the owner.

We don't know when it was lost. We found it all dusty so because of that we don't know who lost it. We sent email to the guests of the last year but nobody answered. Airbnb was of no help.
Then turn it over to the local police.
Good news! A guest answered the email and we found the owner after a very long search.
