Notes app crashing on M1/Monterey

Not sure if others are facing it, but after I started using a new M1 with Monterey, the Notes app would just not open.....Kept crashing a 1000 times. The fix was to go to System Preferences > Click on AppleID > Uncheck Notes. Launch Notes and then check Notes in AppleID. Hope this will help some of you.....

Notes Quitting Unexpectedly iMac 27" late 2014, macOS Big Sur 11.7.2. I always keep my system software and apps updated to the latest revision. Notes is version 4.8.1 (1872). Recently, within the last couple of months, any time I have Notes open at the same time as I'm using Safari or Mail, it will always close suddenly after being open for a few minutes. I do have a large number of notes saved, many with photos embedded, but I've been using Notes in this way for quite a long time (years) without any difficulties. My iMac has plenty of RAM (32 GB) and storage is not full (> 50GB available). Each time it displays the problem report and says that it will be sent to Apple immediately when I reopen Notes. Notes is working fine other than this frequent application crash which does not seem to cause any loss of data. I use Malwarebytes to check my system for Malware and have occasionally had it identify and quarantine malware that it finds, but since this problem with Notes has started occurring I've had a few Malwares identified and removed and it has not made a difference. Any suggestions on what may be causing this and what I could do to troubleshoot or repair the problem?

Locked Notes is blank after unlock on Mac Ventura, other devices work fine. Notes content are blank after unlock: In my case: Ventura: 13.0 (22A380) => Open a locked note by finger print => No contents => try by password => no content too => and I will never got the content shown in my Mac. Open locked note on iPad pro with FaceId or on iphone with password is both work So I think there was a bugs on the client device. To fix it, I tried to re-sync the Notes from Setting > iCloud > Unticked then re-ticked the Notes app. And it worked for serveral time, several days. A few moment ago, the issue repeated. So sad! The issue happens with only single note, the other locked note still have content

I'm having the same exact issue.

Tried creating a new admin account, running in safe mode, nothing seems to work.

I'll try this and report back if it works...
