Trade in for a new phone with a break
I have an iPhone 12 pro max with broken glass, is it possible to trade in fir a new phone?

How broken? If it's the case that's damaged, it's a lot more serious. If it's only the front screen assembly, then that might knock down the trade-in value a bunch. But you can try entering it in the trade in estimator. Not sure if this will work if you're not in the United States.

For an iPhone 12 Pro Max that's otherwise working with front screen and/or camera damage I'm getting $265. If the body isn't in good shape it tells me it's ready to be recycled even without asking for the condition of the front screen assembly or camera.
