We understand that you are attempting to erase your iPhone to make space, but do not see the appropriate option to do so. We are happy to help!

You have a few options available in order to manage the storage on your iPhone. First, see the steps in the Apple Support article How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support to help free up space without erasing the device.

If you still wish to erase the device, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone. On this next page you will have options to transfer data to a new iPhone at the top, then at the bottom you can Reset the iPhone, or Erase All Content and Settings, as shown in the screenshot below from How to erase your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support:
