This answer is somewhat correct. Yes, you must make prior arrangments with Apple to get your broken iphone back to Apple Care. However, they fail to tell you WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURN. After searching this site, with no luck, I tore apart the small brown shipping box my REPLACEMENT (NEW) iPhone came in. I FOUND IT! When they ship your new replacement iphone, they use a DUAL (two-way) FedEx label. You must rip apart the original shipping label, to reveal the new RETURN LABEL underneath. Kinda tricky, but once you figure it out, not so hard. The return label shows a return address of: A.I., 3011 Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
