How do I find the serial number of my series 2 Apple Watch? It’s unpaired and I checked the slots where the band goes and can’t find it

If it’s not there, pair and and check.
If you’ve had this watch for a while and it’s still associated with your Apple ID, log into and check iCloud for your devices (settings), and fetch the serial number from there.
