iphone 4 got disabled after i upgraded OS and at same time added 2-factor auth via computer login. i keep reading, and it appears iphone 4 might not have 2 factor and thus it locked me out and then disable. i never used itunes backup, but have contacts/pics in icloud (says an Apple genius), but i never used icloud and now online i tried to "recover" and it said my MEID was wrong--and i know it is correct
How are you locked out? Did you forget the passcode? Activation Lock? Phone disabled? More information would help.
