Screen sometimes “freezes” for couple of seconds when trying to scroll and also occasionally moves on its own. Don’t know if this is iPad problem or internet

Happens on different sites. Not a lot so tolerable but have been thinking of getting new iPad and if it were a matter of “age” with the screen causing the problem might make me decide to go ahead and spend the money on a new one.
If you do, there are some nice options (some like the mini, others love the pro).
Personally, I'd decide by visiting an Apple retail store for a hands-on. 😉
