Is there anyway that I can stop emails from going into junk mail & go into email mailbox? I have repeatedly press that this is not junk mail. I have tried just about everything, but since I haven't been successful, then I guess I haven't gotten it to work.

Contact your eMail Provider:
If this is not iCloud, then contact your eMail provider for assistance. You may have set a filter mistakenly. IT would be circumstantial such as: If "senders email" does not contain "the", then "move to Junk folder"
