Hi, I would like to request a Karenni flag emoji, we would like to represent our karenni people in our text and posts as well.

The choice (and consequent publication) of emojis does not depend on either Apple or other hardware/software manufacturers.
There is a specific international organization, called UNICODE, that oversees these choices, to which anyone can propose emojis of their liking, using this link: -> https://unicode.org/emoji/proposals.html
