Exporting all frames of a quicktime video into images?

Hi!

I've seen this question floating around, but the answers are incredibly outdated. Many solutions had options that aren't avaliable anymore, so I'm stumped.

Basically what I did was make a screen recording of an animation I did (my problem was that the drawings were nearly all different sizes, but with the screen recording everything looks like its the same size so that fixes my issue.)

Since I need to clean the lineart for the animation, this is done frame by frame.

So I searched online how to export all frames of a quick time movie into images but I didn't find the "Move to Image Sequence" option.

The places that give that answer are usually threads that are around 5 years or more old. Many people said that the newer version of quicktime doesn't have this option anymore, but I am keen that there is a solution instead of exporting every single frame one by one.

Ideally, I would like to find a free way to do this, but if I have to pay, I think its better than nothing.
