unable to login to 1Password

I do not seem to have the password for 1Password, and my touch/face ID is not an option

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

I'm having this problem too. I updated the app through the App Store and now I cannot log in on any device. I have contacted 1Password support via email and they have been no help thus far.
