Hi there, I’m not seeking workarounds or other apps, but the Apple notes app I already use with my other Apple devices. Is there any way for this app to be added to my Apple Watch? If so, can I input notes on my watch, or only the phone?

Apple "Notes" do not work on the watch.
There is no way to sync them.

I have on this as I'd like the notes to sync to my watch as well.
But that said there may be a 3rd party app you can download off the App store. Though I have not looked myself.
