Do Apple series 7 watches provide for dual time zones?

There is a World Clock Complication.

I am current in the U.S. East Coast (EST), and I've set the World Clock Complication to the West Coast San Francisco.

This is when I tap on the World Clock

I do not know about alarms. But if you are traveling, your Apple Watch will sync to your current location and time zone, and any alarms should track your location. So if you have a 6am wake-up alarm, it should go off at 6am for whatever timezone you are currently located in, whether your body has acclimated to the time zone change or not 😞
