Please give me iOS 14 I have iPhone 6s

If you really have an iPhone 6s, it can update to iOS 15 directly. As such it would be the only iOS version it would offer in Settings->General->Software Update.

If, instead, you have an iPhone 6, then it cannot update beyond iOS 12.5.5 and there's no way anybody here nor Apple can give you iOS 14.
