You cannot. iCloud Storage is tied to one Apple ID and as such any device logged in to said Apple ID would only be able to pay for the storage tied to the Apple ID that is logged into it.


You can however share storage through Family Sharing to other Apple IDs and devices logged into them if you want to: link-> Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support
