new phone is not using network

I have a new iPhone 13. I am trying to switch from iPhone X.

Everything seems to have transferred fine BUT my new phone won't connect to the network. I am receiving email and app use over Wifi. Phone calls and texts won't go through. And zero bars are appearing. My old phone continues to be connected to the network. I can receive phone calls, texts and everything still on old phone. How do I fix this so the new phone connects to network?

I use Verizon

Well your 13 has to be activated by Verizon in order to user their service.
