Is there a customer service in united state for Apple Card support, very frustrating to talk to these support people for apple credit card issues, 3 hrs on chat this morning and not an straight forward answer, wrong information, insufficient information, long wait, & rude, ruining apple reputation, is there a complaint department any were?

To the best of my knowledge and also personal experience, all Apple Support and Goldman Sachs (issuer and servicer of Apple Card) are US based. I’ve never had a communication issue with either companies support team.
