Getting an internet connection issue when trying to pair my watch but I’m connected to the internet

I am trying to set up my Apple Watch with my new phone and when I go to pair it, it says it can’t due to not being connected to the internet, but my phone is connected to the internet and there is no way for me to connect the watch.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15
