I can't make calls on my iPhone

I just bought a new iPhone and transferred my old iPhone to the new one. I cannot make a call on my new phone. Why can I not make calls on my new phone?

No. Keep the one that came in the new phone in the new phone. It was just that, in my experience, you usually get shipped a new phone with no SIM, but maybe your carrier does things differently.

Call your carrier (my one said that it could take up to 24 hours for the new phone to start receiving calls etc.) and see if there’s an issue on their end.
