Email will not work

So sorry that your iPad is not getting emails.

Can you please confirm that your have added your email account(s) to your iPad. The following link explains how to do this:

If you have setup your email account(s) and are not receiving your emails, can you please look at the following link as it provides steps that may help with your issue:

Furthermore, please also check that your iPadOS is up-to-date with the most recent update being iPadOS 15.2.1 and the following link explains how to do this:

If you continue to experience issues please contact Apple Support.

You can do this as follows:

• Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
• Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
• Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
