I have an eSim and a physical nano sim on my iPhone 12. eSim network is fine, but it always shows no service for the physical SIM. However, when I turn off the secondary line and turn it on again, it detects and disappears again. Any idea how to fix it?
If the physical SIM was migrated from a previous phone, it might not be ready the the eSIM line and the new hardware at the same time. If that is the case your carrier should be able to get you a new physical SIM.

Both of them were working fine. I noticed recently that iPhone shows "No Service" for the physical SIM. When I insert the same SIM card into another phone it shows a full network signal. However, eSIM has no issues.
