Delete email on Apple Watch automatically

I want to receive notifications on Apple Watch when I have email, but I want the email, and the red spot to disappear automatically after I have read it on another device such as my phone or Mac. Is there a way of doing this? It is irritating to have email piling up on my watch when I’ve already read it.

If you don’t want to see them at all, just turn off notifications for mail going to your watch. Otherwise If you clear them first on your other device, they shouldn’t go to your watch. If there’s any important mail that you would still like to receive, set that contact to VIP and just let the VIP mail go to your watch. That’s what I do and it trims down the clutter going to my watch. Show emails from VIP senders in Mail

As a general rule, notifications show on your watch if you haven’t unlocked your phone and looked at them. If your phone is unlocked it will assume that you’re viewing them on your phone and it doesn’t need to go to your watch

Thank you; but I want it to disappear automatically if it has been opened and read on another device (my iPad/iPhone or MacBook). For example, if I read an email on my iPhone it does not continue to show up on my computer. I don't want to be continually alerted to emails I have read, nor to I want to go through the hassle of deleting them manually.
