WatchOS 8.3 not updating

My Apple Watch series 4 won’t update to watchOS 8.3 and I’ve been trying for a month or so now. It keeps saying I’m not connected to the internet even though I am. I’ve turned my phone and watch on and off to see if that would help, but it hasn’t. I’ve repaired my iPhone with my watch and have turned my WiFi on and off. I’ve also double checked that my WiFi is working on my Apple Watch and my watch is always on the charger when I try to update it.
