Premium sms charge

Premium SMS is usually some sort of thing where sending that text means agreeing to pay an amount that's billed through your phone service provider. These are often charitable donations, paying for games, or subscriptions where there will be regular text responses.

This is just a generic description of it from a service provider, but it does cover what might be billed. Some of these have a way to stop recurring billing.
