Sound very low on instagram when I do a live

When I do a live on instagram the sound works but very very low. I tried all the basic fix you can find on internet

ios update,

reinstal instagram

make sur that all sound settings and notification are on

nothing works

could you please help me. My iPad is iPad Pro 11
