How do I stop family sharing?

I have someone accessing my iPhone from an iPad, a MacBook, and an Ipad…They are scripting with Cocoapods and Ruby…JavaScript always has to be turned on to view any websites. Pretty sure swift is being used as well…My phone gets hot all of the time…Some kind of backboard wakeups…My phone including all new phones just purchased are in Developer Mode….HELP
