Hello! I can’t send mail from your mail-app for a month now. I paste that Lycos told me. ”If you are using the email Apple Mail it appears that the last update they made it's giving issues, try using another Email Client like Outlook or Thunderbird, or sending emails from your internet browser.” Is it some updates in progress?

if your mail providers workaround works then you can use that
otherwise if it was me then I would try to remove the account and add it once more
