My apple ID cannot be used to unlock my own watch

Recently I unpaired my iWatch and tried to pair my apple watch with the same iPhone. Since day one I was using the same Apple ID on iPhone and iWatch but I am getting an error "The Apple ID "" cannot be used to unlock this Apple Watch."

My apple watching is missing from the iCloud but I can see it under the support section.

I am the real/first owner of this apple watch. I would like to know how to solve this issue.

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Online Activation Lock Removal Tool.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
