Hi! Recently I’ve developed a virus that has made the apple airplay widget stuck to my Lock Screen like it’s a notification. How can I remove this? It’s quite annoying! I have sensory issues and I don’t like having notifications stacked up on my Lock Screen. I like it to be blank, only exposing my background image, and the correct time… thank you..

From your post it sounds like there is an icon on the Lock Screen that should not be there.
Power cycle the iPhone using these instructions: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.
