hi I followed the resetting instructions for my AirTag that lost connection 2 weeks ago but I can’t hear any sound from it when doing the resetting process. I had this AirTag since Christmas (not less than a month of usage). The battery status was full on last connection.

after checking on YouTube, AirTags only accept Panasonic 2032 batteries, Duracell and many other brands don't work, it is an issue with the thickness of the upper lip on the battery that is different from other makes. Apple goofed and did not bother check compatibility with all 2032 batterie🤬
Thank you. The AirTag ended up to be replaced by Apple under warranty.
