Hi I cannot remember my password for my Apple Watch. I also cant remember the password used for the Apple ID I used for the watch as I dont use it anymore. I haven't used the watch in a very long time.
Is there any way I can reset the watch and connect it to my new Apple ID?

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
