trying to set up private domain on iCloud

I'm trying to use me private domain on iCloud email. I follow the instructions as to how I should update my Domain Registrar's Settings. This I do, as per instructions, and the 'values' Ive put into my updated settings appear exactly on the icloud domain management site------all except one, which is as follows.

On the registrars site I put in v=spf1redirect=icloud.com

What comes up in iCloud is ""v=spf1redirect=icloud.com""

No matter what I do, including following both the registrar's and icloud instructions, those pesky double quote marks will not disappear. Can anyone help, please?
