Hello, I purchased the Scream Movie trilogy years ago from the iTunes store. Recently Scream (1996) was given a Dolby update, but I my version was not given the same update. Instead Apple TV seems to recognize the Scream movie that I have as a completely different version of the film. How can I fix this issue? This movie was purchased from iTunes, I should be receiving the same update. Thank You
What is your country or region? Video specifications may not be the same for all countries or regions.
If you bought the SD version in the past, then you do not get access to the HD or 4K version.
If you bought the HD version in the past, then you should get access to the 4K version, if available in your Store.
If you purchased through a reciprocal service or ‘digital copy’ redeem code, then video upgrades may not apply.
Region North America.
Canada (HD) has this movie different from the US (4K), so ‘North America’ isn’t precise enough in this case.

I think we covered all the checks a user can do. Please contact the iTunes Store staff for further assistance, as they are the shop keepers, and they should be able to check why you’re not getting what you expected.
