I have appleTV app on phone with a subscription but can’t figure out how to get on my TV App

You would need to sign in on the TV's Apple TV App with the Same Apple ID you use on your iPhone. Once you do, the subscription should be automatically available to use there.

The subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not a specific device.
