Apple TV glitching

When I am watching a movie on Apple TV, the headphones glitch every time and head movement is way off, sound lessons and then it starts all over again. It happens with my AirPods Max, AirPods Pro and AirPods 3 gen. It's really frustrating and I know its not the headphones... It's the Apple TV!

"Home hub not connected" HomeKit error The Home app now persistently states that the home hub is not connected, with the usual issues for automations. This has been an issue for the last 48 hours or so - not connected to any obvious software update. I have three home hubs - Apple TV 4K and two HomePods. I have: followed all of the instructions on Apple's page on troubleshooting this issue rebooted all of them signed out of iCloud and back in again on all of them checked that the software is updated on all of them rebooted my router. And it still doesn't work. All three are listed as "standby" in the Home app (on iPhone and iPad. I've rebooted both of those as well, and checked that the OS is up to date). I have also disabled the AppleTV as a hub, at which point it shows as such in the Home app, but the HomePods don't pick up as the hub even after power-cycling them. No idea if it is the TV or the HomePods or something else.]

AppleTV 4k Flicker in Dark Scenes I think many others have had this issue but I haven't seen a good solve for this. When watching movies on any streaming app on AppleTV, when there are very dark scenes we see flickering in the dark scenes. It's become very distracting and consistent across Netflix, ATV+, HBO Max, etc. I thought it was a Dolby Vision issue but it happens on Dolby Vision, 4K HDR, etc. And I have a new AudioQuest Cinnamon 8k-10k 48 GBPS HDMI cable going into a new Sony A95K TV. Oddly, I've noticed zero flickering using the same native apps on the Sony TV. So it must be an AppleTV issue. I've tried unplugging the AppleTV, restarting it, etc but it still comes back. Anyone have any good resolutions here? Thanks!

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are experiencing issues with audio using your AirPods with your Apple TV.

To start, have you tried restarting the Apple TV?

Restart Apple TV - Apple Support

Also have you updated your Apple TV to the latest version of tvOS?

Update your Apple TV - Apple Support

Another thing to look at are potential sources of wireless interference.
