Delete Member from Family

How do you delete an account that is attached to your family sharing? I accidently created 2 accounts for my daughter. Only one is linked to a device.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

You cannot delete someone under the age of 13. See this on how to move them to another Family Group. Move a child to another group using Family Sharing - Apple Support

It is for an account for a person under the age of 13 so I do not have an option to remove when I click on it.
