how can I tell if Windows 10 is on my Mac Book Pro?

It would not be unless you actually installed it yourself. Its not installed by default.

You can go to System Preferences->Startup Disk to verify.

If you have a Windows boot disk, it should appear there along with your macOS disk or partition.
