I can't refund Tinder

Good day, My tinder account was banned but they are still charging me, when I request a refund, I get a “something went wrong, there was a problem completing your request.” What do I do next?

Refund won’t work Hi! So I got an update on Tinder which cost me $60. It wasn’t at all what I thought or wanted so I requested a refund from Apple and iTunes that same day. They said they gave me a refund, and I don’t have the update on Tinder anymore, but I never got my money back. Please help!
