Since installing above, my iMac (Retina 5K 27inch) has been performing poorly. It's really slow opening up everything from Safari to Music, Email, etc... Is anyone else having similar issues? Many bugs... I would assume Apple needs an update to resolve these various issues.

Trying booting in Safe mode to determine is these issues persists. If not, there could be a problem with some installed 3'rd party software or externsions.

Hopefully you have fixed your problem. I had the same thing happen to my Mac (same machine as you too) and ended up booting into recovery mode and reinstalling the OS. All good after that.
