It has never worked for me! So frustrating when it’s needed to download an app and there’s no alternative. I’m referring to the Touch ID.

Touch ID has never worked for me on my iPad.

No, it doesn’t. It lets you use Touch ID, but doesn’t require it to download. If you don’t want to be asked go to Settings/Touch ID & Passcode, log in with your passcode, and turn off “iTunes & App Store” under use Touch ID For.


Or just try Touch ID several times and it will ask for your passcode.
