For whatever reason, your iPhone was deactivated. It must be activated to function. Activation requires a SIM card.
I’ve tried contacting support they won’t do anything. So I’m wondering if there is a simple way I can just do it myself
i can’t get into the phone to do any of that. I don’t have a SIM card for the phone I don’t need one it’s my old phone I’m just trying to get into it
