App Store issue with Billing Information

Hello Apple Community,


I answered someone with this same issue, I think, but forgot what to do, sadly. I was trying to install an already “purchased” game, Flow Free, onto mu iPad and I’m getting stuck with billing address verification. It’s annoying because I already have Flow Free on my phone and the game is free. I tested to see if I could “purchase” a different app I haven’t gotten on my Apple ID before, which ended up being the Walmart free app. It worked without saying anything about verification stuff. I am prompted with something about reviewing my Billing Address and I keep doing as it keeps asking, then I found out, I’m going in a loop, doing one thing, then other, then ending up again at step one and no app. Can someone please help? I only put in billing info when I need to buy someone on my Apple ID, then I remove it, bit I have noticed I’ve never been able to delete/remove the billing address.
