Repair expired
I have an apple macpro in the repair stage and it apparently expired before I could get the ok for them to fix it.

you are not addressing Apple here, just other users like you. We have no access to accounts - sorry. So, what exactly expired? You are fine if your warranty was in effect when the repair process started.
