Troubleshooting Hide Caller ID:
Note: This is a service of your Carrier. So, if "Show my Caller ID" is greyed-out, then ask you Carrier for the add on.
I don’t see option to show or hide caller I’d.
Your caller ID can be revealed or hidden by going to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID
You can turn it off by sliding the control to the left.
