Unauthorized Charge

A charge of 11.99 keeps being charged to my account from the iTunes store , I'm unsure as to what this is for as I haven't bought anything

If charges are really on your account (not just phishing emails), and are showing up regularly, it probably corresponds to an active subscription of some kind. Check it out per the steps in here:
