How to download apps for ipad mini2 via AppStore

Hello,

I faced an issue when I try to download application from AppStore to my Ipad mini 2, notification appears "For this content IOS 13.0 required, please make an update for your device". But Ipad mini 2 is not support IOS 13.0, right?

1) Why I see this notification and how can I update my device for IOS 13.0?

2) Why I see in App Store not supported for my current device applications?

3) Why I don't see last supported by my device application versions?

My Ipad works fine and all I want is to download application, but this situation is strange. I've never faced this with Android (yes, I'm using Android phone and IOS Ipad) - Playmarket will not allow you even to see unsupported by your device application.

Could you help me with this issue?

If the hardware of your iPad does not support iOS 13, there is no other way to install apps, that need iOS 13.

However, you may be offered to download older, compatible versions of the app, if you downloaded the app onto another device that has at least iOS 13 installed.
