Disney + subscription

I have been charged twice for this subscription. The old subscription of £4.99 was deducted on 13 December, the new subscription of £7.99 was deducted on 15 December.

Disney+ is £7.99/m. £4.99 is for something else.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support. Bank/card statements do not specify the product, just the merchant. Look elsewhere for a specification.

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support. Every charge on your Apple ID account is specified in the purchase history. Verify what the £4.99 was for.
